A twenty-gauge by four-inch-wide metal strap spans across the concrete-filled metal deck flutes and secures to the deck per structural specifications. The metal stud track attaches directly to this strap, with the strap omitted where the wall aligns with a lower flute. The wall framing consists of metal studs and track supporting gypsum board finish layers.
