A reinforced membrane is secured to the substrate using a bonding adhesive, followed by a mechanical termination bar anchored with mechanical fasteners. A layer of cut-off mastic is applied beneath the top edge of the termination bar, and a bead of sealant is applied across the uppermost joint to complete the weatherproof seal.
