The assembly maintains an eight-inch minimum knee clearance depth and a six-inch maximum toe clearance depth at the base, with an overall minimum depth of one foot five inches. Lavatory rim height is positioned at a maximum of three feet four inches, with the bottom of the apron at a maximum height of two feet ten inches. Clearances comply with CBC Section 11B-306.3.
