The assembly features a solid surface countertop with eased edges and a surface-mounted grommet, supported underneath by an in-wall steel angle brace. The front counter base consists of plastic laminate over a plywood substrate with edge banding, tied into interior steel studs and an electrical chase. A removable plywood access panel allows entry to the interior, which accommodates a wire management channel for division 26 electrical and division 27 data routing. The base terminates at the floor with a resilient base trim.
