A round handrail bracket arm and attachment plate fastens to a concrete wall utilizing threaded anchors. The assembly provides a 3-inch horizontal offset from the wall face to the centerline of the 1 5/8-inch diameter handrail. The attachment plate is secured with two threaded bolts spaced 2 3/16 inches apart vertically.
