Fiber-reinforced plastic or plastic wall panels adhere directly to gypsum wallboard construction per plan. Color-matching PVC edge trim secures the top of the wainscot panel, sealed continuously at the junction with the drywall substrate. A rubber base transitions the wall finish down to the flooring as scheduled at the slab level.
