Bronze panels are mounted on one-half inch rubber spacers over a bronze flashing and waterproof membrane applied to a concrete structural slab and four-inch concrete topping slab. A three-sixteenth-inch stainless steel angle is fastened to the basin with stainless steel concrete anchors. A submersible light fixture is installed per lighting drawings alongside a water pump at the southwest corner.
