A pipe penetrates a cast-in-place concrete foundation wall wrapped on the exterior face with a bentonite panel and foundation drainmat. Bentonite mastic is applied at the perimeter of the pipe penetration with a six-inch minimum overlap onto the bentonite panel. A waterstop is embedded within the concrete wall around the pipe maintaining a minimum concrete cover per the manufacturer recommendation.
