A sectional steel door guide and Z-guard assembly mounts adjacent to a precast or tilt-up concrete wall panel. The wall panel features a hot-dip galvanized three-sixteenths-inch bent plate four feet high at its base, secured with three-quarter-inch diameter anchor bolts spaced at twenty-four inches on center and field-painted to match the wall color. A Z-guard bracket attaches to the wall assembly to protect and conceal the sectional door guide track mechanism. The sectional steel door operates within the aligned guide assembly mounted directly adjacent to the protected wall condition.
