Guardrail and handrail terminate at a stair bottom landing anchored to the structural floor. The stair stringer and treads are provided by the stair manufacturer with angle clips and slab anchorage per manufacturer specifications. The handrail extends to a height of three feet above the floor with a twenty-seven inch maximum lower rail clearance, and standard tread dimensions maintain an eleven inch minimum run and seven inch maximum rise.
