A pipe or conduit penetrates an insulated metal wall panel with a compressible gasket set within the opening and continuous sealant applied all around. A molded-type penetration seal is set into sealant against the exterior face of the metal wall panel and secured around the pipe with a stainless steel band clamp. Additional sealant is applied all around the interface between the band clamp and the pipe or conduit.
