A precast concrete panel bears along a continuous concrete footing at a building corner intersection with an adjacent concrete slab. Number 5 dowels connect the precast panel to the slab. One number 5 reinforcing bar, fifteen feet zero inches long, is placed diagonally within the slab at the corner. Centerlines of the panel and footing establish alignment dimensions.
