The operable partition sill assembly bears against a concrete floor slab finished per schedule. A flexible acoustic floor seal seats against the floor surface beneath the Skyfold panel, which features a semi-rigid fiberglass board backer. A steel T-bar equipped with an obstruction sensor is integrated into the centerline of the sill assembly.
