A stainless steel fall protection swivel anchor is installed at a typical height of six feet above finished floor unless noted otherwise. A stainless steel metal tag measuring three and a half inches by two inches by sixteen gauge is secured to the anchor with a one-sixteenth inch wire and crimp. The tag is laser-etched with one-eighth inch tall letters reading fall protection anchor and a warning to avoid use for lifting and handling.
