A concrete walk with a thickened edge bears on compacted soil over natural grade. The outer edge features a tooled one-half-inch radius. Expansion joints or control joints are provided at twelve feet each way as sized per the site plan. Finish grade sits one inch at sod and one and one-half inches at ground cover relative to the top of the walk. Below-slab preparation is per the soils report.
