An interior wall intersection uses wood studs and C-channel tracks in the framing configuration. Two-inch nominal wood studs are spaced at sixteen inches on center along the partition walls and intersect at a designated wall pocket stud. C-channel tracks run along the top and bottom of the wall assembly. Each stud connects to the channel with two number ten screws typically.
