A window head assembly is installed below a concrete tilt-up wall panel with a three-eighths-inch minimum clearance. Shims are placed as required with sealant over a backer rod at each side of the joint. The storefront head frame sits beneath the concrete wall with continuous sealant applied at the exterior and interior joints.
