An interior metal stud wall is framed with 3-5/8 inch 20 gauge metal studs spaced at 16 inches on center, fitted with R-13 batt insulation and faced with 5/8 inch gypsum board extending 12 inches above the finished ceiling. The wall attaches to the concrete panel near the ceiling with a continuous 18 gauge clip fastened by number 6 sheet metal screws at 24 inches on center and secured with shot pins at 24 inches on center, backed by R-19 minimum thermal batt insulation and a 1/2 inch air space. A continuous metal channel runner connects the base of the wall to the concrete floor slab using 3-1/2 inch power-driven anchors at 24 inches on center. The ceiling assembly consists of 5/8 inch gypsum board per the finish schedule, while the floor features finish flooring and base per the finish schedule with a sealant joint at the slab intersection.
