A 3/16 inch aluminum plate cladding panel is mounted to the exterior via an aluminum plate attachment system and required blocking. A waterstop and below grade waterproofing protect the concrete foundation wall, supplemented by a drainage mat behind the concrete paving. Stainless steel flashing integrates with the waterproofing system at the base transition. Interior finishes are coordinated per interior drawings.
