A 115-volt single-phase motor connects to a line voltage circuit breaker or fused disconnect as required. A line voltage thermostat set at 80 degrees Fahrenheit is furnished by the mechanical contractor and wired by the electrical contractor. A speed controller provided with the fan is mounted and wired by the electrical contractor. A building automation system status connection and a ground wire tie into the motor circuit.
