The sectional door head assembly integrates with a tilt-up concrete monolithic panel at the grid line. The concrete panel face includes a cast drip and a chamfer strip, with the drip profile measuring 1 1/2 inches wide and 3/4 inches deep. A manufacturer-provided weather strip is installed at the interface between the concrete panel and the door head. The door track and associated hardware are provided by the door manufacturer and mounted to the interior face of the assembly.
