The assembly consists of an eighteen-inch wide, twenty-four gauge vertical seam metal roof panel with a one-and-three-quarter-inch standing seam height. The panel is secured to the substrate using a concealed clip and clip fastener, which penetrates through a waterproofing vapor barrier and a one-half-inch cover board. The fastener anchors directly into the structural metal decking. A factory-applied sealant is integrated within the vertical seam to ensure weather tightness.
