A steel guardrail and handrail assembly is attached to a precast concrete stair landing supported by a structural steel stringer. The STL-3 guardrail features a top rail cap and a handrail positioned at regulated heights, anchored above the landing slab. Below the landing, an STL-1 stringer of a size to be confirmed is detailed alongside a perforated metal panel soffit.
