An accessible parking sign is mounted to a three-inch diameter galvanized steel pole with a minimum of two vandal-resistant carriage bolts. The pole extends down into a ten-inch diameter concrete footing or as required, with thirty-six inches or as required depth below the top of finished grade. An eighty-inch minimum clearance is maintained from the finished grade to the bottom of the sign. The sign includes required towing warning text and is positioned in a conspicuous place at each entrance to off-street parking facilities or immediately adjacent to on-site accessible parking.
