The wall assembly incorporates a primary weather-resistant barrier with a liner, maintaining six-inch minimum horizontal and vertical laps while terminating with sealant to preserve the air barrier. A twenty-two gauge sheet metal cap flashing featuring drip edges and standing seams covers the roofing membrane saddle and siding at the exterior corner. The parapet is capped with a roofing membrane continued over both sides, with the leg of the roofing membrane tucked under the adjacent roofing membrane cap. Additional roofing membrane laps at the corner follow specific corner detail requirements, and the roof membrane is installed per manufacturer recommendations.
