An MC 12x10.6 steel channel serves as a ledger for the stair landing, secured to a seven-and-a-quarter-inch concrete tilt-up wall by half-inch diameter Simpson Titen HD anchors spaced at eighteen inches on center. A three-eighths-by-three-and-a-half-by-nine-inch connection plate is welded to the ledger with a quarter-inch fillet weld. Two three-quarter-inch diameter ASTM A325-N bolts fasten the structural member to the plate.
