This assembly details a stainless steel peninsula soiled dishtable with an integrated trough sloping toward the dish machine at one sixteenth inch per foot. The fourteen gauge stainless steel top is reinforced with one by four inch fourteen gauge steel channels and supported by stainless steel gussets. The framework includes one and five eighths inch outer diameter sixteen gauge legs and crossrails fitted with adjustable bullet feet. An optional sixteen gauge stainless steel undershelf or open base is secured with additional one by four inch channel reinforcing. Fabrication must comply with NSF standards and match dimensions provided per elevations and sections.
