Mounting assembly for cast letters attached to exterior and interior wall surfaces. The wall surface consists of five-eighths-inch clear sealed medium-density fiberboard adhered with typical quarter-inch spacers. Fasteners anchor into metal stud blocking or utilize epoxy anchors in sleeves for concrete masonry unit walls. Aluminum tubing welded to a plate is bolted to the metal studs per the manufacturer's specifications. A bottom rail mount utilizes aluminum tubing welded to the letters and fastened through the tubing into the steel studs. Sealant is specified at attachments for all exterior locations.
