The assembly is constructed over a cross-laminated timber composite floor slab with a gypcrete topping, type F03. An interior partition as scheduled bears on the slab and extends upward through the floor space. A raised access floor system is supported by adjustable pedestals resting on the slab, maintaining a one-foot four-inch clearance. An EPDM gasket is placed between the raised access floor edge and the partition wall to isolate the systems. The raised floor assembly finishes with a specified finished floor material and base.
