A 1-1/2-inch perimeter steel handrail is primed and painted per specifications with all welds ground smooth and pits filled as required, mounted with a 1-1/2-inch minimum clearance from the concrete panel face. The handrail connects via a welded 1/4-inch by 3-inch diameter steel plate welded to the handrail and secured to the concrete panel with three 1/4-inch by 3-inch expansion bolts spaced at 6 feet 0 inches on center and 6 inches from each end, featuring a return to the wall.
