A Kynar finished metal louver installs below a concrete panel opening featuring a minimum four inches of concrete cover per the panel manufacturer. An interior bird screen attaches directly behind the exterior louver assembly. The transition between the concrete opening and the top of the louver maintains continuous alignment.
