A ribbon window mullion assembly consists of a four-inch by two-inch or two-inch by two-inch anodized black aluminum mullion section. Glazing is installed per exterior elevations and typical specifications, adjacent to a concrete panel leg detailed on the structural drawings. A four-inch dimension spans across the mullion assembly. Notes direct compliance with Section 2406 of the California Building Code for minimum frame lap over glass edge, glass clearance, and required glass supports, as well as providing a ventilation hole behind spandrel glazing.
