The loading dock assembly features a dock leveler and dock bumper mounted against a concrete foundation wall. An embed angle is cast into the top edge of the concrete slab, which is supported by a concrete footing. Extruded polystyrene board insulation is installed beneath the slab, adjacent to a drainage course. A chamfer strip is provided at the exterior corner of the foundation wall. An ICC bumper lock is positioned near the exterior grade, where a one-half inch asphalt impregnated fiber strip separates the foundation from the finished pavement.
