A two and one half pound lead flashing sleeve surrounds the pipe penetration, with its primed flange set into a bed of roof cement over the roof assembly. A stainless steel hose clamp secures the top of the sleeve tightly against the pipe. A bead of sealant is applied at the top edge of the sleeve where it meets the pipe.
