Floor-to-foundation transition at Level 1, referencing a structural concrete foundation wall protected by a liquid-applied membrane and drainage board. The concrete over metal deck floor slab bears on a scheduled steel beam supported by structural framing. Below the floor level, three and five-eighths inch metal studs are insulated with batt insulation and one and one-half inch rigid insulation with a minimum R-7.5 value, finished with five-eighths inch gypsum board. An expansion joint is incorporated at the slab edge adjacent to the wall assembly.
