This interior millwork detail shows a base cabinet assembly with a simulated stone countertop set over a plywood substrate. The cabinet body consists of semi-exposed casework with a wood veneer finish unless otherwise noted, housing three medium-density fiberboard core drawers with plastic laminate finishes and equal vertical clearances. The unit rests on a pressure-treated wood base frame that is cut to height and shimmed as required for leveling.
