A sectional door head condition mounts against a concrete wall with an insulated metal panel. The concrete wall features a typical three-quarter inch chamfer and a three-quarter inch drip at the exterior edge. An insulated metal panel abuts the concrete wall, trimmed with sixteen gauge metal and sealed with caulking. A dock door gasket and door guide are positioned at the interior, with the door itself specified per the door schedule.
