The outdoor bench consists of twelve-by-twelve timber members, sanded and finished with a water-based stain such as Ronseal or similar. The timber blocks are secured with countersunk threaded rods with the holes infilled with wood plugs. A half-inch steel base supports the timber members and is bolted down to the concrete pad below. The overall length varies and is sized per plan, standing one foot tall with a one-foot-six-inch wide concrete pad footprint.
