Three-inch pipe clamps secure the antenna mast to the concrete parapet wall substrate. The base support fastens with either a bolt or a Ramset anchor, utilizing water cut-off mastic and bonding adhesive at the interface to maintain waterproofing membrane integrity. A lightning arrest box mounts to the mast using Unistrut channels. All bolted connections require tightening to a snug-tight condition with a wrench. Seal bolt penetrations through the membrane per manufacturer recommendations; install all specific mast clamp embeds per manufacturer instructions. The delegated design engineer holds responsibility for the structural design of all connections.
