A premanufactured roof curb is mounted over a roof assembly on a precast double tee concrete structure. Insulated metal Kingspan panels form the enclosure walls, tied together with continuous butyl sealant at joints and secured to curb blocking. A 1 1/2-inch aluminum square tubing frames the top, while a termination bar and hot-air welded base flashing provide weatherproofing at the intersection. Roof insulation extends tightly around mechanical pipes penetrating the doghouse assembly.
