The assembly consists of a single-ply roofing system installed over an air and vapor barrier, coverboard, and metal deck. A continuous sheet metal closure is positioned along the top of the hollow structural section, sloped toward the gutter. The structural support utilizes a hollow structural section flanked by six-inch light gauge cold-formed steel soffit framing spaced at sixteen inches on center. Soffit panels finish the underside of the assembly.
