A roof curb flashing assembly is set over rigid insulation. A continuous sheet of reinforced membrane wraps around the curb, secured with a bonding adhesive and a seam fastening plate spaced twelve inches on center. A metal cap or counter flashing is installed at the top of the curb per the manufacturer's instructions. Cut-edge sealant is applied along the membrane edges on the horizontal roof surface. Outside corners are detailed per manufacturer specifications.
