A continuous 4 by 4 by 1/2 inch steel angle embed anchors into the concrete tilt-up panel with number 4 reinforcing bars at each hinge point. Three steel hinges weld on each side to the embedded angle and to a 3 by 3 by 1 1/2 inch steel angle frame. An 18 gauge by 1 1/2 inch deep galvanized steel decking welds to the steel frame along with a 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 by 1/4 inch steel angle cross brace. All metal must be painted to match the enclosure per specifications unless otherwise noted on elevations.
