The metal deck roof assembly features a concrete fill over metal decking supported by structural framing, with spray-applied fireproofing at the underside of the roof assembly. A cold-formed metal stud partition wall terminates at the roof deck with a slotted top track. Gypsum board extends up to the structure on both sides of the wall. Type 3 sealant is applied where required at the junction between the top track and the metal deck flutes.
