This eyebrow canopy edge detail features a single-ply roofing membrane sloped one-quarter inch toward the drain over a one-quarter inch DensDeck Prime coverboard. The assembly incorporates a self-adhered flashing and a fluid-applied water-resistive barrier along the substrate. A one-eighth inch plate steel fascia is lagged to the structure using typical countersunk screws. The top edge is protected by fascia metal with a clip-on cleat and a clad metal continuous cleat, with the roofing turned down over the edge. A metal track system supports the wood soffit below.
