Adjacent concrete tilt-up wall panels form a stepped vertical joint sealed at both the inside and outside faces. A backer rod is installed at each face backed by continuous sealant extending from the footing to the top of the panel and across the three-quarter-inch panel joint typical. The concrete tilt-up panels are sized and detailed per structural drawings.
