The wall section extends down to an existing floor over a floor panel, with 4 inches of clearance noted and a layer of 1/4" leveling sand by others. Exterior grade conditions feature 2 inches of mandatory backfill by others at an 8-inch vertical dimension. Vertical spacing between the roof panel and floor assembly measures 82 1/2 inches.
