The assembly features a custom wood storefront frame, designated WD-1.2 and painted PT-7, which sits atop a solid wood counter. The glazing is secured within an aluminum U-channel recessed into the wood frame. The solid wood counter is installed to slip beneath the storefront frame. The base structure consists of gypsum wallboard finished with plastic laminate PLAM-4, which also clads the interior surfaces of the WD-7.1 casework below the counter.
