A horizontal control joint assembly integrates into a plaster and tile wall over batt insulation and sheathing. A one-piece aluminum Stockton Tru-Weep number nine control joint spans the three-quarter-inch gap with a Kynar custom color finish matching the adjacent plaster. Where tile occurs, the tile edge is installed flush with the joint. Weeps are provided in the upper leg of the joint for drainage. The vertical control joint installs continuously at intersections with the horizontal joint.
