A painted steel stair guardrail stands at three feet six inches above a concrete landing, anchored with a twelve-gauge steel top plate welded to the posts and a steel angle. A separate painted handrail projects at two feet ten inches above the landing, positioned three and a half inches clear of the adjacent wall. Painted metal supports sit beyond the primary assembly. All steel components receive a painted finish.
